How to Perform Like a Billionaire (#PerformLab) Author Jay Shapiro signing a book for Ron Rafael Shimshilashvili
How to Perform Like a Billionaire is not a business book rather a real-world guide to how high-level individuals think, operate, and build powerful lives across wealth, health, relationships, and influence.
PerformLAB pulls together lessons that aren’t taught in business school; including easy to decipher strategies from mindset and finance to social positioning, energy, creativity, and long-term legacy.
It’s structured as a complete life blueprint:
You’ll start with Goals and Mindset, learning how to define your starting point, set priorities, think bigger, and manage reputation; drawing inspiration from figures like King Cyrus and the concept of largesse.
In Energy & Wellness, the focus shifts to performance; how top performers manage energy through discipline, recovery, oxygen optimization, fitness trends like Reformer Pilates, and the realities behind stimulants, performance enhancers, and longevity strategies.
Social Life explores where opportunities actually happen; industry events, yacht clubs, luxury auctions, tech conferences, and charity galas—along with the etiquette required to move comfortably in those environments.
You’ll develop Emotional Intelligence, including self-awareness, social skills, and empathy, with insight from leaders like Howard Schultz and Richard Branson.
In Business & Finance, you’ll get a grounded look at how wealth is built and protected; private equity, mergers and acquisitions, the NYSE, economies of scale, offshore banking and structures like irrevocable trusts designed for long-term stability.
Creativity introduces digital detox, mastermind groups, and unconventional methods like retreats and environment shifts to unlock higher-level thinking.
Maimonides & Wealth explores charitable giving, philanthropy, and the balance between generosity and ambition.
Sages of Business brings perspective from King Solomon, Rockefeller, Ben Franklin, and Elon Musk; timeless principles applied to modern success.
In Attraction, you’ll understand how focus, gratitude, and intention actually influence the future.
Lessons from Societies examines effective secret strategies from elite groups; Freemasonry, La Cosa Nostra, and military discipline; focusing on loyalty, discretion, positioning, and strategic thinking, along with concepts like offshore banking and global mobility.
Elite Social Clubs gives insight into environments like The Links, Augusta National, Mar-a-Lago, and Fisher Island; where relationships and influence intersect.
Finally, Pinnacle End Game covers estate planning, family offices, dynasty trusts, foundations, and how long-term wealth is structured to last generations.
PerformLAB (like a billionaire) is about enjoyment and performance across your entire life, not just making money, but knowing the secrets used by billionaires, Navy Seals, mob bosses and freemasons...
If you’re looking for surface-level motivation, this isn’t it.
If you want a broader, more strategic understanding of how successful people actually live and think this is your little black books of the things they can't teach in business school.
